Carving out educational opportunities for Armenia’s youth is an integral part of FAR ’s mission. FAR ’s educational scholarship programs support talented students from underprivileged families throughout Armenia. Recipients are required to maintain outstanding academic records, work in Armenia for five years after graduation, and give back by volunteering for their communities and for FAR programs.

Since 2001, ANSEF has brought Armenian scientists to the cutting edge of their fields. More than 200 scientific research teams have received grants through a rigorous competitive peer review process. ANSEF gives them the opportunity to launch the first major steps of a large research project and bridge the path to greater scientific achievements.
