A report by Armenian public television on Gyumri’s post-earthquake progress focused largely on the positive impact GTech has had on the city. The fact that GTech is helping to prevent migration from the area by providing increased opportunity makes it one of the region’s highlights in economic development.
GTech students and graduates are shown in the video as helping to develop the city through their knowledge of information technology. GTech’s administration is confident that Gyumri will continue to see progress as long as residents continue to focus on skill building and creating an attractive city for employers.
