As recent graduates of FAR’s Gyumri Information Technology Center, Suren Gharagyoazyan and Garegin Tonoyan have decided to take their newly earned status as IT professionals to a new level. Just last month, the two joined a teacher-training project sponsored by the Armenian Educational Foundation.
By signing up to train local teachers how to lead computer classes, participants not only promote computer literacy, but also acquire more hands-on training in the field. The current project enables Suren and Garegin to work in 12 different villages around Vanadzor.
AEF projects are held throughout Armenia and Karabagh.
