Holy Trinity Armenian Church of Greater Boston to Host 109th Annual Diocesan Assembly.


Between April 28 and May 1, Holy Trinity Armenian Church of Greater Boston will host the 109th Annual Assembly of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern).



CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Holy Trinity Armenian Church of Greater Boston will host the 109th Annual Assembly of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern), which will be held in Boston, from April 28 through May 1.


With the theme of “Vocations: The Call to Serve; Ministry of the Faithful,” the Assembly will be presided over by Archbishop Khajag Barsamian, Primate, Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern).


Janice T. Dorian of Watertown and Nancy D. Kasarjian of Newton are co-chairs of the 109th Diocesan Assembly Committee, having been selected by the pastor and Parish Council. Both are long-standing, active members of the host parish and bring leadership and experience to the Diocesan Assembly Committee. Each has chaired numerous events and committees throughout the years both professionally and voluntarily, and served on the Executive Committee of the 86th Annual Diocesan Assembly, which Holy Trinity Church hosted in May 1988. Dorian is president of Mansfield Beauty Schools. She is a Board Member of the National Direct Student Loan Coalition; a former commissioner of the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences and past president of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools.
