A new UNICEF campaign seeks to gain public support for the 4,000 children in Armenia who need to be reunited with their biological families or placed in foster homes.
World renowned violinist and conductor, UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Maxim Vengerov announced the start of the campaign “Every Child Needs a Family” while on tour in Armenia.
The campaign seeks to gain public support for return of around 4,000 children who are currently in special boarding schools and orphanages to their biological families, and where it is not possible, their placement with foster families.
