The information below outlines the policies that guide FARs practices regarding the handling of donor, email subscriber, and website visitor information—including the choices you have about how your information is stored and used both online and offline.

FAR collects personal information only when you voluntarily provide it.

Users can visit the site without revealing any personal information about themselves.

FAR recognizes the importance of protecting information we may collect from visitors to our website. Our policy is to use the information we acquire from online visitors for internal purposes only, and we maintain appropriate security measures to keep this information private.

Web Server Logs, Analytics and Pixel Tracking

Our web servers may collect certain information such as IP addresses, pages visited, time of visits, and referring websites.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. FAR uses mandated encryption protocols for all financial transactions to protect personal information.

This information is user-agnostic—we cannot associate website activity with an individual user. FAR takes precautions to keep this visitor information secure, and such information will not be disclosed to third parties for any purposes.

Cookies also help us understand which parts of our web sites are the most popular, where our visitors are going, and how long they spend there. We use cookies to study traffic patterns on our site so we can make the site even better. If you are just browsing our site and are not a registered user, you do not have to accept a cookie and you can still continue browsing the site.

A user can edit their web browser settings to change or delete any and all cookies that are used on the websites they visit.
