1) When will my credit card first be charged?

Your card will be charged the day you begin your monthly donation. Future gifts will process on that same calendar day each month. 
 

​2) Can I change or cancel my monthly gift?

Absolutely. You can change your donation amount, update payment info, pause, or cancel your gift anytime through your donor portal or by contacting us directly at [insert support email or phone number].
 

3) Will I receive a receipt for tax purposes?

Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation after each monthly gift and an annual tax receipt summarizing your donations every January.

 

4) Where does my donation go?

100% of your donation supports FAR’s life-changing programs in Armenia across education, child protection, healthcare, social services, and economic development.

 

5) Can I choose where I want my donation to go?

Certainly. You can choose to donate funds to support one of our five pillars or donate to our “where the need is greatest” fund, which allows us to use your donations across multiple different pillars.
