On April 6, FAR welcomed the newest participants in the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program. Robert Hakobyan, an anesthesiologist from Karabagh, Marat Hakobyan, a therapist from Ararat, Evelina Sarafyan, an oncologist from Abovyan, and Hrazdan Cardiologist Heghine Karapetyan, will all be heading to Yerevan to train at the nation’s leading medical facilities.
This is the fifth year of the CME program, which gives provincial doctors the opportunity to enhance their skills and learn about the latest techniques in their field free of cost. More than 220 doctors have participated in the program, each of them are contributing to the improvement of the Armenian healthcare system.
