Over 40 % of the staff at FARs Yerevan Office and even over 90% of FAR employees working in the Children Support Center and the Vanadzor Old Age Home are women. Margarita Piliposyan is FAR Deputy Country Director, Mira Antonyan is FAR Children Support Center Director, Amalya Yeghoyan is GTech's Deputy Director, and Marina Bazaeva works as FARs Shirak Branch Director.
