In September, Azerbaijan's army launched a brutal attack along the eastern border of Armenia. Their aggression was unprovoked and they took precious lives and destroyed infrastructure.
With this new attack comes a precarious future for Armenia. One in which our enemies can disregard the nation’s borders. In response, FAR decided to increase its commitment to the Sisian Region, which is where the Azeris attacked and where many from Artsakh resettled after the war of 2020.
FAR is planning new initiatives to help the people there during this uncertain time. From healthcare to growing small businesses, our aim is to help strengthen this region of Armenia. To read more about our plans review our project proposal here.
