GTech Grad Teaches IT to Gyumri Women.

Gyumri Information Technology Center (GTech) graduate Suren Gharagyozyan is teaching a web technologies class to staff of the Agate Center in Gyumri. The Agate Center provides assistance, including classes, trainings and other activities, to women with special needs.

The web technologies class focuses on Internet basics, as well as more technical topics like HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. The two aims of the class are to provide the women with relevant IT and Internet knowledge, and to give them the skills needed to maintain the Agate Center's website. Members of GTech’s Business Development Unit designed the website as part of a pro bono project.

Classes started in the beginning of March and will last for three months. GTech is proud to see its graduates working to enhance the IT skills of Gyumri residents.
